Job summary

South West Community Chaplaincy is seeking an experienced HR professional to provide a shared HR and people resource across REN and HHU, supporting partnership growth and joint delivery of the Bhip.

This two-day-a-week role offers scope to contribute your wider skills to people development, organisational systems and agreed operational priorities where HR capacity allows, giving you a varied role while maintaining HR support as its core.

Qualifications

• Experience across the employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Ability to provide clear HR advice and escalate when needed.
