Part-Time HR Manager

Location: Southwest London (office based)

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

25 hours per week

Our client – a well-established property sales and letting agency – is looking for a hands-on, proactive Part-Time HR Manager to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of a dynamic business shaping HR processes and supporting a talented team.

The Role:

  • Partner with the leadership team on all HR and employee matters
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and payroll processes
  • Maintain accurate HR records and manage the HRIS
  • Line management responsibilities for one HR team member
  • Design and implement HR policies aligned with business objectives
  • Support annual pay reviews and maintain the salary framework
  • Manage employee benefits and related initiatives

About You:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a senior HR role, ideally with managerial responsibilities
  • Property sector experience is advantageous, but not essential
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, office-based environment
  • Proven track record of line management
  • Professional, approachable, and solutions focused
  • CIPD Level 5 is advantageous
