About Our Client

PageGroup are delighted to be supporting a well-established manufacturing business based in Daventry with the appointment of aPart Time HR Manager to join a small HR team.

Due to the nature of this sector, the role is fully office based.

Job Description

Reporting to the Group MD, this is an exciting and varied Part Time HR Manager role, overseeing a small team and taking responsibility for all People matters within this successful and well-established manufacturing organisation.

Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Manage the full spectrum of HR generalist matters with the support of a HR Coordinator
  • Develop and implement HR policies that align with business objectives.
  • Lead performance management processes
  • Advise managers on employee relations and employment law matters.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance team capabilities.
  • Manage and oversee payroll and payroll records and keep accounts appraised of any changes.
  • Support organisational change initiatives and drive employee engagement strategies.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and generate insightful reports for decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

Ideal candidates for this role will have a proven background within a similar HR role

Ideally you will have exposure to the manufacturing or similar sectors

CIPD Level 5/7 is preferred
