About the Role
We're working with a global manufacturing business near Belfast to recruit a permanent part‑time HR Manager (24 hrs/week), ideal for someone seeking hands‑on responsibility and influence within a technical environment.
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and selection processes
Manage employee relations and benefits
Oversee performance management and training initiatives
Serve as the site's go‑to HR lead, working independently or within a small team
Degree in HR, business, or related field
5+ years' HR experience-ideally in manufacturing or a similar sector
CIPD-qualified (preferred)
Solid knowledge of Northern Ireland employment law
Experience owning HR processes end-to-end is a strong advantage
Up to £40,000 FTE (c. £25,000 pro-rata at 24 hrs/week)
