This managerial role is based at the Bristol head office, leading a team of three. You will be the primary People Partner for approximately 380 colleagues, with remote support from a Head of HR.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced People Partner who thrives in a hands-on environment and aims to expand their influence beyond Employee Relations into engagement, culture, and Learning & Development initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:
  1. Providing trusted, first-line HR support across two busy operational sites
  2. Managing day-to-day Employee Relations activities supported by your team
  3. Supporting and empowering line managers through coaching and training
  4. Partnering on employee engagement, wellbeing, and talent development projects
  5. Leading local people processes (new starters, changes, exits, documentation)
  6. Contributing to wider People team initiatives and process improvements
  7. Supporting cyclical HR activities (pay reviews, engagement surveys, policy updates)
What You'll Need:
  • Proven experience in a People Partnering role
  • Ability to build trust and influence at all levels, including partnering with the CEO
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset, focused on improvement rather than just reaction
