Key Responsibilities:
Generalist HR Duties
Advise on ER cases, policies and employment law compliance
Manage HR software systems and employee records
Oversee recruitment, onboarding and performance management
Administer benefits programmes and training initiatives
Drive continuous improvement of HR processes
Ideal Candidate:
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
Experience with HRIS systems and data reporting
Excellent communicator at all levels
Proactive problem-solver with high attention to detail
