This includes managing Employee Relations (ER) casework, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle a variety of complex ER cases, providing timely and effective resolutions.
2. Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
3. Conduct investigations into employee complaints and grievances with impartiality and confidentiality.
4. Collaborate with management to implement HR initiatives that support organizational goals.
5. Maintain accurate HR records and documentation related to ER activities.
6. Stay current with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as an HR generalist with a focus on managing ER casework.
2. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
5. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) preferred.
6. Prior experience in a professional services environment is advantageous.
