Job Description

  • Managing employee records and maintaining an up-to-date HR database.
  • Assisting with recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screening.
  • Supporting the management of employee benefits and compensation.
  • Overseeing employee training and development initiatives.
  • Assisting with internal and external HR related inquiries and requests.
  • Coordinating employee performance review procedures.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Contributing to the development of HR policies and practices.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Part-time HR should have:

  • Relevant degree in Human Resources or similar field.
  • Proficiency in HR management software and database systems.
