Meallmore Ltd is seeking a Housekeeping Assistant for Bayview in Cruden Bay, a 30-bed care home providing nursing, dementia, residential, respite, and palliative care. The role involves maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

Ideal candidates have housekeeping experience or a willingness to learn, with basic infection control knowledge. Full training provided. You will work 20 hours per week at £12.76 per hour, with benefits and career support offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping/domestic cleaning preferred but training provided.
• Basic understanding of infection control and COSHH and compliance.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high cleaning standards in residents' areas and facilities.
• Handle residents’ laundry with care and efficiency.
• Replenish supplies in resident rooms and common areas.
• Communicate effectively with residents and colleagues to address needs.
