Part-time Housekeeper Job - Harrogate - 3 full days per week - £15 to £17 per hour employed or self-employed

Our client is looking for an experienced Housekeeper to take on a role looking after a large family home in Harrogate. The family, which includes a small baby and two dogs, is looking for someone who is committed to a long-term role and can grow with them, becoming part of the family. You need to be flexible and willing to contribute to keeping the home and family running smoothly. The main family home has 3 bedrooms, and there is an additional 2-bedroom annex used as an Air B&B and guest space.

Duties will include:

1. Hands-on cleaning
2. Laundry and ironing
3. Helping with some childcare and occasional babysitting
4. Keeping the home well organized
5. Letting in and supervising tradespeople
6. Managing the changeovers on the Air B&B - cleaning and putting out welcome packs
7. Running errands
8. Shopping
9. Some basic batch cooking would be a bonus
10. Helping with the two dogs - some dog walking
11. Driving - possibly airport runs

Requirements:

• Full UK driver's license
• Excellent references
• Enhanced DBS check required
• Pediatric First Aid (the client would be happy to pay for this)
