Job summary

A coastal venue and events space in Morpeth is seeking a Part-Time Housekeeper to maintain a clean and welcoming environment. Responsibilities include cleaning holiday cottages, event spaces, and outdoor areas, alongside changing bedding and assisting with event clean-up. Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, cleaning, or hospitality experience is preferred.
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work efficiently as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and pride in delivering a high standard of cleanliness.
• Comfortable working in a rural location (own transport required).
• Flexible availability, including weekends and event days.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and preparing holiday cottages, camping pods, and the bunk barn to a high standard.
• Maintaining cleanliness in the café area and wedding/event spaces.
• Cleaning front and back of house areas, including kitchens and bars.
• Keeping outdoor areas clean and tidy.
• Changing bedding, replenishing towels, and restocking essential supplies.
• Assisting with event clean-up.
• Reporting any maintenance issues or damages.
