Job summary

B&Q Malvern is hiring a Customer Advisor on a permanent part-time basis (16 hours per week). You’ll be an expert advisor, helping customers with home improvement projects, assisting with stock, displays, and keeping the store looking great.

The role includes weekend, evening, and bank holiday rota, with training available in paint-mixing and timber cutting. We value friendly, eager learners who enjoy working in a team and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Able to work as part of a team and on a rota including weekends.
• Willing to learn stock handling, displays, and basic paint-mixing.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with home improvement projects and needs.
• Support sales by helping customers and processing transactions.
• Manage stock, set up displays and keep the store looking inviting.
• Assist with stock checks and maintain tidy aisles.
