Westmorland Homecare Limited is seeking a dedicated Homecare Assistant to provide personalised in-home care. You will support clients with daily living tasks, including getting up, washing, dressing, meals, and medication administration, while offering friendship and emotional support.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, reliability, and building trusted relationships with clients and their families in the Thornton Cleveleys area.

Responsabilidades

• Provide compassionate and reliable personal care to vulnerable adults in their homes.
• Assist with daily activities including getting up, washing, dressing, meal preparation and errands.
• Administer medications as required and support clients with mobility and personal hygiene.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to improve wellbeing and independence.

We are looking for compassionate and reliable Homecare Assistants to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personalised care and assistance to vulnerable adults within their own homes. This includes providing companionship, helping with daily activities, running errands, preparing meals, and administering medications. The ideal candidate will have a caring attitude and be able to provide emotional support to clients in addition to physical care.

Pay: £17.25 an hour

£300 training bonus (T&Cs apply)

Your role will vary from day to day, from helping people get up, washed, and dressed in the morning to administering medication and assisting people to get out into the community. We strive to help people live fulfilled and enriched lives through everything we do.
