No prior home care experience is required; full training, shadow shifts, and ongoing development are provided. A UK driving licence and own car are essential for travel between clients within a 15-minute window.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients in their own homes to assist with daily routines and companionship.
• Support tea time, evening and bedtime routines, and basic personal care as needed.
• Travel between client locations within the local area, with paid travel time.
• Work 3–4 weekdays plus every other weekend as part of a flexible schedule.
