Job summary

Home Instead, Inc. in the UK is seeking caring individuals to join our flexible Morning & Evening Home Care teams as Care Assistants. This part-time role offers weekday mornings and evenings with weekend coverage, visiting clients in their homes across Weston-super-Mare and surrounding areas.

You don’t need prior care experience. We provide full training, ongoing support, and opportunities to gain NVQ diplomas and Dementia care qualifications, with competitive hourly pay and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required; training provided.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own car is essential.
• Must be able to work mornings or evenings, part-time with weekend rotation.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients in their own homes to assist with daily routines.
• Provide meal preparation and medication support where needed.
• Assist with personal care and mobility as required.
• Offer companionship and meaningful social interaction during visits.
• Support clients to get out and about and stay independent.
