Job summary

Exemplar Health Care's Hylton Grange in Sunderland is seeking a Health Care Assistant for part-time shifts (6am-11am, 6pm-12am, 11am-3pm). You will support adults with complex care needs, help with personal care, meals, and daily activities, and keep care records.

We provide induction, training, and DBS support, plus a range of employee benefits. Applicants should be caring, calm, and a good communicator, with a positive attitude.
