Exemplar Health Care in Sunderland is seeking a part-time Health Care Assistant for Hylton Grange. You will support residents with personal care, meals and daily activities in a warm, respectful home.

No two days are the same, but you will help promote dignity, independence and wellbeing, and maintain accurate care records while working with a friendly team. Full induction and ongoing training are provided.

Location: 1 Poole Road, Sunderland, SR4 0HG

Contract type: 6am to 11am, 6pm to 12am & 11am to 3pm shifts available

Rate: £12.71 per hour (£12.81 per hour on completion of Exemplar care certificate)
