Job summary

Serco Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking a part-time Leisure Centre Gymnastic Coach to deliver safe, engaging coaching sessions for gymnasts of varying ages and abilities.

You will plan activities, promote inclusion, and work with the Bourne Leisure Trust team to deliver high-quality sessions. A British Gymnastics Level 2 or Activity Instructor qualification is required, with flexibility for weekend/evening shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching gymnastics or delivering structured sports activities.
• Qualified British Gymnastics Level 2 or British Gymnastics Activity Instructor.
• A passion for helping people develop new skills and achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, engaging and inclusive gymnastics coaching sessions for participants of varying ages and abilities.
• Plan and lead activities that support skill development, progression and enjoyment.
• Create a positive and welcoming environment that encourages participation and builds confidence.
• Monitor health and safety standards during all sessions and ensure safeguarding requirements are followed.
• Build positive relationships with participants, parents and colleagues, providing excellent customer service at all times.
• Support the wider leisure centre team to help deliver an outstanding experience for all customers.
