Job summary

John Lewis Partnership, Waitrose division, is seeking a Supermarket Assistant to support customers with a partner-led service approach. You will help keep shelves stocked, assist with online orders, and work across shifts to cover early starts, late finishes, evenings and weekends.

This role offers part-time hours (15 hours per week) across seven days and a friendly, customer-focused environment within a leading UK retail partnership.

Responsibilities

• Stock replenishment to keep shelves full and in the right place for customers.
• Fulfilling online customer orders for driver delivery.
• Reducing waste by following product diligence and markdowns before sell-by dates.
• Supporting wider shop team with checkout, Click & Collect, and on-demand orders.
• Maintain a safe and tidy working environment and general shopkeeping tasks.
