Job summary

Taylor & Francis Group, an Informa Business, is seeking a Graphic Designer on a part-time maternity cover (26 hours per week). The role focuses on delivering high-quality, brand-aligned graphic and motion/video creative for global marketing initiatives.

Based in Milton Park, Oxfordshire, the successful candidate will lead creative execution within campaigns, work with cross-functional marketing teams, and ensure output meets brand guidelines and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in both graphic and motion design production.
• Demonstrated experience leading creative execution within campaigns.
• Experience collaborating across cross-functional marketing teams.
• Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator and Photoshop).

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end graphic and motion/video assets, including prepress file setup, designing, editing, animation and post-production.
• Manage timelines and milestones for assigned briefs.
• Maintain high standards of quality control across deliverables.
• Deliver projects to agreed KPIs and deadlines.
• Ensure creative execution aligns with brand guidelines, campaign objectives and channel requirements.
• Maintain oversight of assigned projects, proactively flagging risks or dependencies.
• Coordinate with the graphic and video designers where required
• Provide creative recommendations to enhance engagement and effectiveness.
• Share best practice and emerging trends in video and motion design.
• Contribute ideas to enhance workflow efficiency and creative impact.
• Actively develop skills in line with evolving design needs.
