Job summary

Taylor & Francis Group, an Informa Business, is seeking a part-time Graphic Designer to cover maternity leave. The role focuses on delivering brand-aligned graphic and motion assets for global marketing, with responsibilities across concept development and execution in a fast-paced environment.

You will work in a hybrid model with three days per week in the Milton Park, Oxfordshire offices and some remote working.

Qualifications

• Experience in graphic and motion design production.
• Proven ability to lead creative execution within campaigns.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional marketing teams.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end graphic and motion assets, including prepress file setup, designing, editing, animation and post-production.
• Manage timelines and milestones for assigned briefs.
• Maintain high standards of quality control across deliverables.
• Deliver projects to agreed KPIs and deadlines.
• Ensure creative execution aligns with brand guidelines, campaign objectives and channel requirements.
• Maintain oversight of assigned projects, proactively flagging risks or dependencies.
• Coordinate with the graphic and video designers where required.
• Provide creative recommendations to enhance engagement and effectiveness.
• Share best practice and emerging trends in video and motion design.
• Contribute ideas to enhance workflow efficiency and creative impact.
• Actively develop skills in line with evolving design needs.
