Archvale Limited in Farnborough is seeking a Clinical Coder/GP Assistant on a permanent basis. You will provide clinical coding support and admin tasks for the GP practice, coding with SNOMED CT and maintaining EMIS/SystmOne records while supporting GPs and the wider healthcare team.

Working 25 hours per week, remote or onsite, with days/hours to be agreed. The role requires experience in clinical coding and strong IT skills, plus GDPR/data protection awareness.

Formación

• Experience in clinical coding in a healthcare setting.
• Strong IT skills including Word and Excel.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Confident communicator and good team player.
• Able to work independently and manage own workload.

Responsabilidades

• Review and summarise patients' records and hospital letters.
• Code clinical information using SNOMED CT.
• Update EMIS/SystmOne and maintain electronic records.
• Support GP practice administration and clinical workflow tasks.
• Identify missing or unclear information and escalate to clinicians.
