Qualifications

Our client, a leading GP partnership serving over 450,000 patients, is looking for an experienced Practice Nurse to join their growing team. What You'll Do

You'll be at the heart of patient care, delivering evidence-based treatment for chronic conditions and promoting preventative healthcare. This role requires clinical expertise, innovation, and flexibility. You will work within a multidisciplinary team across one of the client's surgeries to improve patient outcomes and streamline services.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
  • Providing patient-centred care for chronic disease management
  • Supporting health promotion and prevention initiatives
  • Participating in clinical audits, protocol development, and quality improvement
  • Working resourcefully as part of a team in a fast-paced, agile environment
