We are looking for aPart-time General Assistant.As
a General Assistant you will support the smooth operation of all departments,
ensuring a seamless guest experience from preparation to service. We are
looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills, interpersonal
skills, attention to detail and has previous experience in a similar role.

Salary:£12.21 per hour + service charge

Key Responsibilities of aGeneral Assistant:

  • Taking food and drink orders in the bar and restaurant
  • Prepare the restaurant before and after service
  • Assist in the kitchen with vegetable prep and washing up
  • Be familiar with all menu items to confidently engage with
    guests
  • Communicate effectively with both guests and team members
  • Support housekeeping shifts as needed
