Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and teach agreed contact hours to a high standard
• Teach GCSE English resits, with some entry-level learning
• Identify and fill gaps in student knowledge
• Collaborate with the department to produce high-quality lessons in a time-efficient way
• Ensure compliance with the Study Programme and funding requirements
• Implement the College quality management system
• Support development of resources and improvements within the department
• Contribute to cross-college events and marketing activities
