The Role

We are seeking dedicated Fulfilment Assistants to join our friendly Warehouse team in East Sussex. Reporting to the Fulfilment Manager, you will be responsible for fulfilling orders, supporting operational efficiency, and ensuring product quality. This role suits an organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with excellent attention to detail and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.

The position involves working 24-32 hours per week, primarily during the afternoons/evenings from 12pm to 8pm, including Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Picking and packing customer orders for daily dispatch
  2. Supporting the Fulfilment Manager in all fulfillment activities
  3. Liaising with couriers as needed
  4. Proposing operational efficiencies
  5. Conducting quality checks on products
  6. Collaborating with the team

Interview Process

Our process includes:

  • Application review
  • Initial phone interview (~10 mins)
  • Onsite interview (~30 mins)
  • Paid trial day at our warehouse

Note: The role requires onsite presence at our warehouse in Barcombe. Candidates should be able to drive and commute reasonably to East Sussex.
