Part Time Fragrance & Beauty Sales Consultant
Location: Boots Braehead
Contract: Permanent, 22.5 hours/week, any 3 in 7 days

Your role @CHANEL:
As a Fragrance & Beauty Sales Consultant, you are the ultimate CHANEL ambassador and will play a key role in our mission, embodying our values and DNA.
Leveraging your experience, CHANEL will enable you to:
- Demonstrate your passion and knowledge in Fragrance, Makeup, and Skincare
- Create a unique and personalized experience for our clients that is authentic and tailored to their needs
- Ensure excellence in client service according to CHANEL’s rituals and standards
- Build and develop long-lasting relationships to recruit, retain, and increase client loyalty
- Contribute to sales performance using all available tools (products, services, clienteling tools, events, etc.) and develop cross-selling among categories
- Uphold an omni-channel mindset to benefit the client with a seamless in-store and online experience
- Be part of a collaborative and inclusive community to achieve individual and team goals
What you will bring to the role:
- Service-oriented approach: proven experience in a client-facing role focused on delivering excellent client experience
- Confidence: ability to apply product expertise to client needs genuinely and personally, suggesting alternatives with active listening skills
- Fragrance & Beauty product knowledge: capability to close sales by linking product knowledge to client needs
- Empathy and active listening: understanding and adapting the selling process to client needs
- Passion: enthusiasm for Fragrance & Beauty products, services, and ability to demonstrate it to customers and colleagues
- Problem-solving attitude: overcoming obstacles and objections positively
