Job summary

Great State is seeking a marketing manager-level freelancer for a hands-on, part-time contract. Expect ~2 days per week from mid-September through end of November, with remote/hybrid work.

You will write content, manage the CMS (Umbraco), and build emails in Mailchimp, while briefing creatives and coordinating projects. The role reports to the Senior Marketing Manager within the marketing and new business team, requiring strong writing, organisational skills, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Marketing manager level experience, preferably agency-side or B2B.
• Strong writing skills, able to adapt tone to brief.
• Confident using Umbraco and Mailchimp.
• Very organised with proven ability to manage own workload.

Responsibilities

• Write high-quality website content: pages and articles reflecting our tone.
• Manage and update the CMS (Umbraco) from small edits to builds.
• Build and send emails in Mailchimp.
• Occasionally manage creative briefs for social assets and one-pagers.
• Project manage own workload in a fast-moving agency environment.
