Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group at Cloud 23, Manchester Deansgate Hotel, is seeking a part-time Food and Beverage Host to join a premium bar and restaurant team in a vibrant city-centre setting. You will greet guests, guide seating, manage reservations and assist guests in person, by phone or email.

Experience in hotel/bar/restaurant hospitality and familiarity with F&B booking systems is preferred. Availability across evenings and weekends is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work 24 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
• Experience in a Restaurant, Bar or Hotel as a Host, Receptionist or Senior Waiting Staff.
• Experience using an F&B booking system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and guide them to their seats.
• Explain menus and manage seating and reservations.
• Assist guests in person, by phone and by email with queries or complaints.
• Collaborate with Bar Management to ensure seamless service.
