Zusammenfassung

The Oyster Partnership are recruiting an experienced Fire Surveyor to support a large-scale fire remedial works programme across a residential housing portfolio. This role focuses on quality assurance and technical oversight of completed works, including fire door replacements and compartmentation projects.

Part-time, three days per week, contract until March 2027. You will inspect installations, audit contractor work, identify defects, and produce clear technical reports for client-side teams

Qualifikationen

• Experience inspecting fire doors and compartmentation works.
• Understanding passive fire protection regulations and standards.
• Experience in social housing, residential or public sector environments.
• Ability to produce technical reports and communicate findings.

Aufgaben

• Undertake inspections of completed fire door and compartmentation works.
• Audit works completed by contractors and signed off by external consultants.
• Identify defects, non-compliance issues and remedial requirements.
• Liaise with contractors, consultants and client-side teams to ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Reinspect completed works and provide quality assurance reports.
• Support the successful delivery and close-out of the fire remediation programme.
