Hewett Recruitment is seeking a part-time Financial Controller on a 9-month maternity cover basis in Brierley Hill, West Midlands. The role is on-site, with flexible hours between 8:30am and 5:00pm, 25–30 hours weekly. Salary is £20 per hour, and the contract is maternity-cover only.

The successful candidate will manage day-to-day financial operations, prepare monthly management accounts, monitor forecasts, and support the management team with financial insights in a small team setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Financial Controller or similar role.
• Proficient with month-end, forecasting and reporting processes.
• Attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
