Job summary

The Part-Time Finance People is seeking a qualified Financial Controller for a two-day-per-week, self-employed arrangement in Warrington and surrounding areas. You will lead the finance function, deliver management accounts, budgeting and forecasting, and present financial insights to senior leaders.

Ideal candidates are ACCA/CIMA/ACMA/FCCA/ICAEW qualified (or QBE with 5+ years) and have experience managing a finance team in growing SMEs. Onsite work two days per week is required.

Qualifications

• Qualified and experienced Financial Controller with SME exposure.
• Self-employed status welcome; available quickly with at least 2 days per week.
• Experience leading and developing a finance team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance function for a growing SME portfolio on a part-time basis.
• Produce management accounts, budgets, cashflow and forecasts.
• Present financial information and insights to non-financial leaders to drive decisions.
