Job Description

Hours: 20-24 hours per week

Bonus: Up to 10% based on performance and key objectives

A well-established wealth management and financial planning firm is seeking a part-time Financial Administrator to join their team. The firm provides expert financial advice to individuals and small businesses and is looking for a skilled professional to support their advisers and ensure high-quality service delivery to clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in financial administration to join a growing practice. In this role, you will handle all technical administration both pre- and post-client meetings, ensuring service standards are consistently met. The position offers flexibility with part-time hours and a hybrid working model, allowing you to balance office and remote work based on client and personal needs.

The role involves debriefing with the team following client meetings, ensuring all tasks are actioned according to service standards, liaising with administration centres to resolve technical or processing queries, updating client files, and ensuring accurate information is received from external providers. You will also prepare client documentation for sign-up and manage business processing.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in financial services, a positive "can do" attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members. You should be highly detail-oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in financial administration is essential, and proficiency in financial tools such as FE Analytics is beneficial.

The position offers a salary of £32k (pro rata), with a bonus scheme of up to 10% of salary based on performance. Flexible working hours are available to suit client and candidate needs, and parking permits are covered by the firm. Professional development opportunities are available, and there is potential for career growth within the firm.
