Job summary

The successful candidate will produce management accounts, handle budget tracking, and enhance financial insight for decision-making. XERO proficiency and experience in agency environments are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing a finance function, financial reporting, KPIs, and establishing business partnerships.
• Experience in a time & materials revenue model environment.

Responsibilities

• Produce management accounts and maintain regular reporting rhythms.
• Ensure revenue, cost, and margin data is consistently captured.
• Own month-end processes and manage invoicing and payroll.
• Produce forecasts and financial analysis across revenue and cashflow.
• Lead improvements to financial processes and maintain compliance.

Skills

XERO – main finance software

Management reporting

Highly proficient use of Excel

Marketing or creative agency experience

Education

ACA or ACCA or CIMA qualified, finalist or exceptional QBE
