  6. Cash Flow & Banking: Prepare cash flow forecasts, ensure sufficient facilities are in place, and maintain a strong relationship with NatWest Bank Manager.
  7. Salaries & Wages: Oversee payroll processing and manage pension contributions.
  8. VAT Returns: Handle VAT preparation and submission for multiple ownerships.
  9. Systems & IT: Recommend and maintain systems and policies to ensure effective financial controls and updated software.

Requirements:

  • Qualified through CIMA, ACCA or ACA, with a wealth of practical experience in strategic finance.
  • Proven expertise in managing finances across complex ownerships and systems, including Sage 50 Accounts and good working knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Ability to prepare and present detailed reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • A strategic mindset with the capability to contribute to key development projects.
  • Detail-oriented and adaptable, with strong organisational skills.
  • The right to work in the UK without expiry and UK experience is essential.
