Part-Time Finance Assistant Temp to Perm

Location: Corby, Onsite Only

Hours: School Hours (flexible e.g 9:00am - 3:00pm, 10am - 2pm Monday to Friday)

Start Date: Immediate

Salary: Competitive depending on experience

Are you an experienced Finance Assistant looking for part-time hours that fit around the school run? We re recruiting on behalf of a well-established business seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part-Time Finance Assistant to join their team on a temporary-to-permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the Finance Director with day-to-day finance operations

• Managing the sales ledger
• Banking tasks
• Processing invoices accurately and efficiently
• Producing monthly customer reports
• General finance admin as required

Requirements:

• Sage Accounts experience is essential this is non-negotiable for this role
• Previous experience in a similar finance/accounts role
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
• Comfortable working onsite (this is not a hybrid role)
