Vanilla Recruitment is seeking a part-time Finance Assistant for a Corby-based role. You will support day-to-day accounts administration, post invoices, assist ledgers, and help with weekly payroll in a small manufacturing environment.

The role offers flexible hours (20–25 per week), temporary-to-permanent prospects, and benefits including a health cash plan and annual leave pro-rata. Excellent data entry and accuracy are essential.

Qualifications

• 6 months’ experience in a Finance environment.
• Sage Accounts knowledge desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Processing and posting purchase and sales invoices.
• Supporting purchase ledger and sales ledger activities.
• Completion of weekly payroll.
