Job summary

Senploy is seeking an experienced Access Arrangements Coordinator to join a Further Education college in Hull, East Yorkshire. Part-time role (3 days a week) with start date immediate, focusing on coordinating and administering access arrangements for students with ALN, SEND or disabilities, in line with JCQ regulations.

You will liaise with curriculum teams, ALS, SEND, exams staff, and external professionals; identify student needs; carry out assessments if qualified; maintain confidential

Qualifications

• Experience with access arrangements within educational settings.
• Understanding of JCQ regulations and exam procedures.
• Ability to conduct or coordinate assessments where qualified.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the college's access arrangements for examinations and assessments.
• Identify students needing exam access arrangements and determine needs.
• Carry out or coordinate assessments for access arrangements where qualified.
• Maintain confidential records relating to students and their arrangements.
• Liaise with curriculum teams, ALS, SEND teams, exams staff, students and external professionals.
• Ensure arrangements are communicated clearly to staff and implemented correctly.
• Support the exams team during examination periods.
