NorthWest Arkansas Community College is seeking qualified applicants to establish a pool for part-time and/or substitute instructors in this discipline.
Rate of pay: $765 per credit hour
Experience with leadership at a community college or educational institution is a plus. Demonstrated teaching ability is the top priority. Instructional experience and leadership experience at a community college is a priority. Ability to use an online platform. Experience or interest in online delivery of instruction, use of technology for instruction, and project-based, service learning, or inquiry-based learning will be given special consideration.
Environmental Conditions: The work environment is usually moderate noise. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.
Physical Activities: Frequently manipulating items with fingers (keyboard use), sitting, standing, walking; constantly hearing, repetitive motion, talking. Close visual acuity is required for data analysis, transcribing, viewing screens, reading, and visual inspections.
Master's degree in Music is required.
Teaching experience is preferred.
