Position Information

UNC Charlotte is seeking an adjunct or part-time faculty member to teach undergraduate or graduate courses. A doctorate or master’s degree in the teaching discipline is required, with a minimum of 18 graduate semester hours for undergraduate courses.

Responsibilities include developing and/or updating course syllabi, preparing lectures and assignments, meeting designated class periods, maintaining office hours, and grading student work in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will have a M.S. or Ph.D. in Chemistry or a related field, with university teaching experience preferred.
