• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• A degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience working within the Early Years Foundation Stage.
• Strong understanding of child development and the EYFS statutory framework.
• Ability to deliver high-quality, play-based learning and create an effective learning environment.
• Experience assessing children's progress and planning appropriate next steps.
• Strong communication, organisation and classroom management skills.
• Caring, enthusiastic and inclusive approach to supporting young learners.

Responsabilidades

• Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate EYFS learning experiences.
• Developing effective continuous provision that encourages curiosity, independence and exploration.
• Supporting early development in phonics, reading, writing and mathematics.
• Observing, assessing and tracking children's progress, using this information to plan meaningful next steps.
• Promoting communication, language development, positive relationships and self-regulation.
• Creating an inclusive classroom environment that supports children with a range of needs and abilities.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents and other professionals to support children's learning and wellbeing.
• Maintaining high standards of safeguarding, behaviour and classroom organisation.
