Radis Community Care are seeking a Part Time Support Worker to join our team at Cullum Road, IP33 3PB. This on-site role supports elderly residents in maintaining independence, assisting with personal care and mobility while encouraging social engagement within the Extra Care Scheme.

The position offers 16+ hours per week with morning and late shifts, alternate weekends, and full training. Sponsorship is not available for this role at present.

Responsabilités

• Assist elderly individuals in maintaining independence.
• Support with personal care activities (washing, hygiene, dressing).
• Assist residents with mobility and moving safely to dining areas and communal spaces.
• Engage residents in recreational and social activities, individually and in groups.
