Job summary

Radis Community Care in Newmarket is inviting applications for a Part Time Support Worker at Childwick House. This role covers mornings and late shifts, with alternate weekends, totaling 20 hours per week.

You will assist older people with frailty, help with mobility, personal care, meals and activities, promoting independence, dignity and respect. Full training is provided and a structured support system is in place.

Responsibilities

• Assist elderly individuals with mobility and moving safely to dining areas and back to their rooms
• Support with personal care activities such as washing, hygiene and dressing
• Engage residents in recreational and social activities to promote wellbeing
• Uphold independence, choice, dignity and respect in every interaction
