Job summary

Stonar School is seeking an organised Examinations & Assessment Officer to oversee secure delivery of examinations and assessments across Nursery to Sixth Form. You will coordinate internal and external examinations, standardised and admissions assessments, and manage invigilator pools.

Reporting to the Deputy Head Academic, you will work with staff to provide timely information to pupils, parents and staff, while ensuring compliance with safeguarding and school policies.

Qualifications

• Organised, detail-focused and able to manage complex examination timetables.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication with pupils, parents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external examinations, standardised and admissions assessments.
• Recruit, train and manage the invigilator pool for examination sessions.
• Ensure processes are accurate, compliant and well organised.
