Transforming Learning Group is seeking Exam Invigilators to support schools across Burnley. The role suits individuals with administration experience, ideally with prior invigilator or school exposure.

You will help run exams smoothly, uphold exam integrity, and assist students in a calm, professional environment. Flexibility is important, as you may need to travel at short notice and work around school schedules.

Qualifications

• Background in administration, preferably in education or business.
• Experience as an exam invigilator or in a school setting is desirable but not essential.
• Minimum 5 GCSEs (A-C) including English and Maths.
• Able to travel at short notice and work around school schedules.
• Committed to safeguarding, confidentiality and equality.

Responsibilities

• Ensure exam conditions are met and maintained.
• Monitor students during exams and report irregularities.
• Support students with special arrangements where needed.
• Prepare and clear exam rooms and handle papers securely.
