Job Description

An exceptional opportunity for a Part-time Evening Room Attendant to join the Rooms Department at Raffles London at the OWO.

Reporting to the Assistant Executive Housekeeper, you will deliver evening service, ensure the cleanliness of guest rooms and corridors to Raffles standards, and support the turn-down service according to guest preferences. You will maintain cleaning equipment and storage rooms, work closely with the night porter to provide supplies, and act as an ambassador of Raffles values during interactions with guests and colleagues.

This role offers a work-life balance with operational hours of 20 hours per week, 4 days, from 18:00 to 23:00.

Responsibilities
  • Provide turn-down service following hotel procedures.
  • Deliver service timely and according to guest preferences.
  • Support morning shifts with cleaning tasks.
  • Maintain cleaning equipment in good condition.
  • Report damages or losses to linen, furniture, or equipment.
  • Use appropriate cleaning chemicals on all surfaces.
  • Ensure service area is well-stocked and clean.
  • Report equipment issues promptly.
  • Perform duties with care to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Interact positively with guests.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including working in different departments.
  • Maintain a clean, efficient, and high-standard floor area.
  • Participate in daily departmental meetings.
  • Maintain professional grooming and uniform standards.
