Storal Wilmere Lane Nursery in Widnes is seeking a Nursery Housekeeper to uphold a high standard of cleanliness across the setting, aligned with health and safety guidelines. You will follow the cleaning schedule, manage materials, and collaborate with educators to keep daily operations running smoothly while ensuring safeguarding and site security are observed.

The role offers 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 5pm–8pm, with a salary of £12.21 per hour and benefits including childcare

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar housekeeping role in a nursery or childcare setting.
• Enthusiasm and high standards of cleanliness.
• Strong understanding of hygiene and cleanliness practices.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and COSHH.
• Awareness of safeguarding and site security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high cleanliness standards throughout the nursery.
• Follow cleaning schedules and manage materials safely.
• Work with educators to report and address daily operational issues.
