Freshfields Nursery in Stratford-upon-Avon is seeking a part-time Nursery Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for children, families and staff. The role is 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 6pm–9pm, at £12.71 per hour.

Prior cleaning experience is valued but reliability and attention to detail are essential. You will handle cleaning of playrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and communal areas, assist with laundry, and follow COSHH and safeguarding procedures.

Formación

• Experience in cleaning or housekeeping.
• Knowledge of safe cleaning practices and COSHH procedures.
• Experience working in a nursery, school, healthcare, or similar environment.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and maintain playrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and communal areas.
• Sweep, mop, dust, sanitise surfaces, and empty bins.
• Disinfect children’s bathrooms and high-touch areas.
• Support laundry duties and nursery linen.
• Assist with washing up and kitchen cleanliness.
• Follow Health & Safety, COSHH, infection control, and safeguarding procedures.
• Support periodic deep cleaning tasks.
• Collaborate with the nursery team to maintain a welcoming environment.
