Red Recruitment is recruiting Part-time, Evening Customer Service Advisors in Banbury to join our client, a premier contact centre outsourcing business, dedicated to delivering exceptional service to their clients.

They are looking for Customer Service Advisors to join their team where you will be working on behalf of a funeral company, assisting with customer queries.

This is a part-time, temporary position working evening and weekend shifts only, due to begin the week commencing the 24th of March.

The hourly rate is £11.50 per hour.

Benefits and Package for a Part-time Evening Customer Service Advisor:

1. Salary: £11.50 per hour
2. Hours: Weekday evening shifts will be between the hours of 5pm - 8pm
3. Weekend shifts will be 9am - 4pm
4. Contract Type: Temporary
5. Location: Banbury
6. Start date: Week commencing 24th of March

Key Responsibilities of a Part-time Evening Customer Service Advisor:

1. Working on behalf of a funeral company
2. Answering customer calls regarding a variety of queries regarding a funeral plan
3. Assisting customers with their funeral payment plans
4. Ensuring all queries are answered in a timely manner
5. Providing a warm, friendly approach, ensuring empathy is shown at all times due to the nature of the calls

Key Skills and Experience of a Part-time Evening Customer Service Advisor:

1. Having a warm and friendly telephone manner is required
2. Experience using digital communication systems is preferred
3. Passion for delivering a great customer experience
4. Ability to demonstrate strong communication skills
5. Reliable, trustworthy, discreet and professionalism are key attributes required
