Churchill Group is hiring a Cleaning Supervisor at Whitehill School, Gravesend. You will oversee cleaning standards, support the Site/Account Manager, and coach new team members to ensure high-quality service across the site.

The role is part-time and permanent, with afternoon hours Mon–Fri 3.30pm–5.30pm. DBS clearance is required, and you will join a growing, employee-owned company that values wellbeing and development opportunities.

• Support the Site/Account Manager by ensuring cleaning standards across Whitehill School are met.
• Train new team members and oversee on-site operations.
• Liaise with clients as required to maintain service quality.
